Terms & Conditions

INTERPRETATION In this document the following words shall have the following meanings:  "Customer" means any person who purchases Services from the Supplier;   "Supplier" means Ataraxia Australia Pty Ltd trading as Ataraxia by Morgan Drew; "Terms and Conditions" means the terms and conditions of supply set out in this document and any special terms and conditions agreed in writing by the Supplier. 

GENERAL  These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all contracts for the supply of Services by the Supplier to the Customer and shall prevail over any other documentation or communication from the Customer. Any variation to these Terms and Conditions shall be inapplicable unless agreed in writing by the Supplier. 

PRICE AND PAYMENT Payment of the price must be paid on the day of order. Payment can be made by credit/debit card or paypal Payment. The Supplier reserves the right to change the price of any product at any time. Once a product has been ordered, the price shall remain fixed for the Customer. Under no circumstances shall the Supplier refund the difference should the price of that item decrease. 

CUSTOMER'S OBLIGATIONS To enable the Supplier to perform its obligations the Customer shall: Co-operate with the Supplier; Provide the Supplier with any information reasonably required by the Supplier;  Advise the supplier of their correct name, postal address and any phone or e-mail information.  Comply with such other requirements as agreed between the parties.

SUPPLIER'S OBLIGATION The Supplier shall provide the products with care and to a reasonable standard in accordance with recognized standards and codes of practice.  The Supplier shall ensure that any products supplied shall be free of defects at the point of dispatch. Delivery of goods will be within 15 working days of payment being received unless otherwise agreed by contract/Service Level Agreement. Delivery of results will generally be within 21 working days of payment being received.

CANCELLATIONS Returns/refunds policy: Where a Customer cancels their order after receiving their products the Supplier shall offer the Customer no refund.

PROPERTY The contents of the Ataraxia by Morgan Drew website may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, displayed, posted or transmitted in any form or by any means without the written permission of Ataraxia Australia Pty Ltd.

COPYRIGHT Photos, Logo's, Wordings, Prices and all content on this site may only be used in circumstances where Ataraxia Australia Pty Ltd provides written permission to do so. Customers may not at any time, without prior written permission from Ataraxia Australia Pty Ltd, make copies or reproductions (in whatever form) of any of the content found on this site.
